Executive Leadership Coaching

Your results have outgrown the operating system running them.

Executive coaching for leaders who already know what to do, and are ready to look at the patterns that shape what they actually do under pressure.

The real ceiling

Often, strategy isn't the problem. The pattern underneath it is.

You have the experience, the frameworks, and the track record. You were promoted because you deliver. And yet, at this level, what slows you down is often not a gap in knowledge.

They are the decision you keep revisiting. The conversation you soften. The work you take back because it is faster to do it yourself. The version of you that shows up in the boardroom that is not quite the one you intend.

Patterns do not live in your thoughts. They live in your body, your nervous system, and the identity you built to succeed.

Behaviour matters, and behaviour has roots. This work gets curious about those roots: how your nervous system responds to pressure, the relational patterns you learned long before your first title, and the identity you are leading from.

When you understand what is driving you, you have more choice in how you lead.

Sound familiar

The leader in the room and the one at 11pm.

"I know exactly what I should do. I just keep not doing it."
"My team waits for me on decisions they are fully capable of making."
"I perform well in the room. I pay for it afterward."
"I have built everything I said I wanted. I expected it to feel different."

None of these are character flaws. They are signals, and they are worth getting curious about. Often, they point to exactly where your next level of leadership is waiting.

What we work on

Where we might begin.

You set the agenda. These are some of the areas leaders often bring to the work.

01

Decisions under pressure

Clear, timely decisions from a regulated state, instead of overanalysis, avoidance, or reaction.

02

Executive presence

Steadiness that others can feel. Presence that comes from regulation, not performance.

03

Hard conversations

Boundaries, feedback, and conflict handled directly, without damaging trust or overextending yourself.

04

Delegation and ownership

Loosening the overfunctioning pattern so your team grows and your time goes where only you can go.

05

Leading through change

Holding clarity and composure for others when the ground is moving, including inside yourself.

06

Vision and sustainable performance

A clear picture of what you are building next, and a way of operating that can sustain it at full intensity.

The approach

Four disciplines. One integrated method.

Leadership is not one-dimensional, and neither are you. I draw on four disciplines and bring in whichever serve you best.

Neuroscience

How your brain and nervous system respond to pressure, threat, and uncertainty, and how to shift your default state so your best thinking is available when it matters most.

Integrated Attachment Theory

The relational patterns that shape how you lead, trust, delegate, and handle conflict. Often at the root of recurring leadership friction.

High Performance Coaching

Research-based habits for clarity, energy, productivity, and influence, applied to the real demands of your role.

Vision and Life Mastery

A compelling vision for your leadership and your life, and the identity required to live it. Performance with direction, not just momentum.

Coaching is delivered in alignment with ICF Core Competencies and the ICF Code of Ethics, including full confidentiality.

Ways to engage

Three ways to work together.

Every engagement is designed in our discovery conversation, so the structure fits the person, the role, and the outcome.

For the individual leader

Private Executive Coaching

You are investing in your own next level. One to one coaching built entirely around your goals, your role, and the patterns you are ready to change.

  • Private one to one sessions
  • Structure and length designed around your goals
  • Pace and focus set by you
  • Complete confidentiality

For the organization

Sponsored Executive Coaching

Your organization invests in a key leader. The leader owns the work, the sponsor stays informed on agreed goals, and the content of every session stays confidential.

  • Goal-setting conversation with leader and sponsor
  • Private one to one sessions
  • Progress and close-out review with sponsor
  • Clear confidentiality agreement from day one

For the team

Leadership Team Coaching

The organization engages me to work with a leadership team. Individual growth and team dynamics, explored together, so the work supports the whole team.

  • Scoping conversation with the organization
  • Individual coaching for team members
  • Facilitated team sessions
  • Outcomes defined up front

By application. Investment is shared after our discovery conversation, once we know what the work requires.

How it works

From first conversation to the work itself.

1

Request a conversation

Complete the short form below. It takes about five minutes.

2

Discovery conversation

A focused, confidential conversation about where you are, where you are going, and what is in the way. Not a sales call. If it is not a fit, I will tell you.

3

Engagement design

If we move forward, you receive a proposal shaped around your goals. For sponsored and team work, this includes alignment with your organization.

This work isn't for everyone.

This is for you if

  • You are already performing at a high level and want to understand what is still in the way
  • You suspect the next level requires a different version of you, not more effort
  • You want depth and rigour, not motivation
  • You are willing to look at your patterns honestly
  • You lead people, a business, or both, and the stakes are real

This is not for you if

  • You want quick tips or a productivity hack
  • You want someone to agree with you
  • You are looking for therapy or clinical support
  • You are not ready to change how you operate

Working together

LisaMarie Gauthier

Real change takes two things: a leader willing to do the work, and a support system to hold it.

I bring the second. Training in neuroscience, attachment, high performance, and life mastery, and a steady, direct way of coaching that keeps us focused on growth. You bring the first.

I won't promise you a result. I will promise you will be met with curiosity, skill, honesty, and full commitment to your growth.
